Entering means you accept these terms, the published rule version and the scoring system.

Which rules win

If these terms conflict with a published rule version, the rule version in effect when you registered governs. Between rule versions, the later effective version governs.

Cancellation and disqualification

The organiser may disqualify an entry for false information, work done by someone else, AI-generated or composited imagery, late submission, or missing model consent.

A disqualification is given in writing and cites the clause relied on. Fees already paid are handled under the payment and refund terms.

Limits of liability

Where a submission fails because of network, device or third-party outage, the organiser's responsibility is to offer a reasonable remedy such as an extension or a re-upload, and no more.

Disputes

Disputes go through the appeal process first. Anything unresolved is handled under the law and courts of the organiser's jurisdiction.
