Image and publicity consent

How work images are used in judging, where they may be shown, and why a model consent form is required.

Use in judging

Everything you upload is used for judging, verification and record-keeping only. Judges see a de-identified version with no name and no location data.

Public display

Winning and consented work may appear on this site, on competition social channels and in promotional material, credited to the entrant and the category.

Public versions have EXIF location stripped. You can decline public display at registration, and declining does not affect your score.

Model consent

Every entry must include an image consent form signed by the model. An entry without one is not judged.
