Payment and refunds

How entry fees are taken, when a refund is possible and how long it takes. Currency, amounts and fees are as announced when registration opens.

How payment works

Entry fees are paid online. A successful payment creates an order record and an entry number; an unpaid registration does not hold a place.

Cancel before registration closes and the fee is refunded less the payment processing charge. After registration closes, refunds are not available.

If the organiser cancels a category or the judging cannot take place, the fee is refunded in full.

Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. When it lands depends on the card issuer or payment provider.
