Privacy policy

What we collect

Account and entry data: name, email, country or region, language preference, contact details, the name to print on a certificate, and consent records.

Competition work: photographs, video, descriptions, plus technical records such as file hashes and upload times.

Payment data: order amount, currency, payment status and the transaction reference returned by the provider. We do not store full card numbers.

System records: sign-in times, IP address, device and browser information, kept for security and audit and only for as long as needed.

Why we use it

To run registration, take payment, judge entries, publish results and issue certificates; to handle support and appeals; to keep the system secure and detect abuse; and, within the consent you give, to promote the competition.

Retention and cross-border storage

Entry and result records are kept long-term, because an award record is a public, checkable archive by design. Original work files are stored privately.

Data may be held on cloud nodes outside the organiser's country and is transmitted encrypted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, nor published result records. Write to the address on the contact page.
